Do you only sell farmland?
No. Farmland is the core of what we do, and we also sell hunting and recreational ground, homes, commercial property and estates. Each property type has its own buyers, so each one gets its own plan.
What is my property worth?
What a buyer will pay today, backed by sales that already closed nearby. For land that means soils, tillable acres, drainage, timber, access and the lease. We own and farm ground ourselves, and we will show you the sales behind the number.
Should I sell at auction or with a listing?
It depends on the property, the market and your timeline. An auction sets a date and lets qualified buyers compete in the open. A listing gives the right buyer time to find you. We hold both licenses, so we will tell you which one we would use on your property and why. You make the call.
What areas of Illinois do you cover?
