Mary Beth Williams | Broker
Mary Beth recently joined Archer Realty as a licensed broker, bringing a strong background in marketing and communication. She holds a master’s degree in marketing and has long been involved behind the scenes in many of the real estate decisions our family has made—from buying and selling homes to renovations and investment properties.
Her focus is on residential homes, where her marketing background plays an important role in how properties are presented and positioned in the market. Mary Beth understands that real estate is more than just a transaction—it’s about helping people make confident decisions during important life moments.
Along with her husband, Jared, Mary Beth is also involved in owning and managing several farms and commercial properties, giving her firsthand experience as both a property owner and investor.
Mary Beth lives in the Athens area with Jared and their two boys. Much of their free time is spent outdoors, working on projects around their property, and raising their family in the rural community they call home.

Darren Allen started his professional career in the United States Coast Guard. After his military service, Darren began a career as a plumber, pipefitter, and hvac technician with Local Union 137 Plumbers and Pipefitters and has been in the trade for 13 years to this point.
Darren is currently employed at University of Illinois Springfield as a plumber and hvac technician. His expertise and background are I'm construction and mechanical service work. He has worked in many different types of settings such as residential homes, commercial buildings, schools, hospitals, factories, power plants and even helped start a residential plumbing company. It is from a lot of these experiences that have built the foundation for learning good customer service and how to best serve clients.
Also, Darren is the type of guy that is always looking to help serve others. He is a volunteer fireman on Petersburg Rural Fire Department and a member of Menard County Rescue Squad. Often you will find him helping a neighbor, friend or just about anyone, sometimes at a moments notice.
As a real estate broker, Darren has set out to provide clients with top-level real estate services with Archer Realty. Ryan resides in Highland, Illinois with his wife, Amanda, and their two sons, Hank and Tucker. When not working, he enjoys hunting whitetails, land management, cooking, trapshooting, golfing, and spending time with family and friends. A seasoned whitetail hunter of more than 25 years, Ryan has developed extensive knowledge when it comes to agriculture, government land programs, habitat management, as well as food plot design and establishment.
Prior to joining Archer Realty, Ryan was a broker for another real estate company, specializing in recreational, agricultural, and rural properties. He has also worked in the agriculture industry as a leader in the company’s R&D, Genetics, and Export departments for the last several years.
He got into real estate so that he could combine his passion for land and managing it for its best use along with his innate desire to help people.
